UV解膠機(jī)（UV Curing System）性能及特點(diǎn)：
粘著劑的硬化處理速度一般要30秒，但根據(jù)膠膜的粘著劑特性及適合性和燈管的波長(zhǎng)，硬化的處理時(shí)間將增長(zhǎng)或減少，不過(guò)此系統(tǒng)是適用性很高的，例如它可以使用于研發(fā)及少量多樣的生產(chǎn)線

特點(diǎn)：

1. 晶圓尺寸：可到200-300mm(8-12”)
2. 操作者只要簡(jiǎn)單放置/拿開(kāi)工作物，其它工作都是全自動(dòng)
3. 這么小巧，桌上型的機(jī)型含有一支能均勻產(chǎn)生波長(zhǎng)350-400nm的燈光照射，消除膠膜的粘膠
